When do we arrive and depart from camp?
We advise that you arrive the day before your hunt. Schedule departure the evening of the last day of your hunt or the following morning. We will work wih you to work out travel arrangements. We work with a number of experienced travel agents for trips to Montana, North Dakota, New Zealand, Alaska and Africa.
What is your ratio of guides to hunters?
All hunts are priced at two (2) or three (3) hunters per guide. 1 x 1 hunts are available for an additional fee.
Where do I drive/fly to for camp?
Please contact Ryan Trenka or Tracy Weyer to determine which airport is closest to the camp in which you will be hunting.
What is your refund policy?
All deposits and payments are non refundable, unless other wise stated in the Outfitters Policy.
How much does it cost?
Packages vary from $500 to $32,000, although our advice and expertise on choosing the adventure that best fits your needs costs nothing. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions.
What does my package include?
Our packages are customized to fit your needs. Many of them include lodging, meals and guiding. However, we do offer self-guided and drop hunts.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Most hunting trips need to be booked 8 to 12 months in advance. Due to license deadlines, trip permits and/or visas need time to process.
How do I get my licenses and permits?
We will work with you and the outfitter to help you obtain the proper permits or licenses for your trip.
How do I prepare for a trip to Africa?
We will work with you to prepare for your African adventure. You will need a passport and possibly immunizations. We will always assist you in the completion of all necessary documentation.
How do I prepare for a trip to New Zealand?
A passport and firearm permit are all that's needed for travel to New Zealand.
How do I get my trophy back to the United States?
The outfitters and Professional Hunters we work with will help you arrange this upon arrival to your destination.
What if I don't see my hunt on your list?
We can help you put together the package you are looking for. So, please ask us! We are here to help.
Who will be guiding me on my trip?
We only work with reputable outfitters in the industry that have professional guides working for them.
Do you guarantee that I harvest an animal?
We cannot guarantee that you harvest an animal. We can only guarantee that we are sending you to a reputable outfitter that we ourselves have hunted with. After all, it is hunting, but we do our homework when it comes to weather, population trends, area hunting pressure and year-to-year success rates.
