Receipt of a deposit by Hidden Valley Adventures is acknowledgement that you have read and accept the terms and conditions herein and of your hunt. Deposits are non refundable, unless you the "Client" finds a replacement and is acceptable to the "Outfitter." Hidden Valley Adventures acts only as a limited representative for clients or their agents. Hidden Valley Adventures nor its employees, agents or affiliates will be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death or damage to any person or property during any trips arranged with Hidden Valley Adventures. Dangers and risks may be present at any time during a person's travel or activity and include without limitation, accidents, hazards of nature and weather, strenuous activity, disease and civil unrest. Hidden Valley Adventures reserves the right to decline or expel any person participating in trips, tours or travel arranged by Hidden Valley Adventures, if Hidden Valley Adventures deems it necessary for the safety and comfort of the "client" and other participants. There will be no refund for unused services of ejected or expelled persons. Hidden Valley Adventures is not responsible for the action of the providers "Outfitters", and has no control over the actual hunt, fishing trip, travel or accommodations.
